According to Wingx Advance there have been 63 thousand VIP charter flights in October 2014. 

The growing trend picked up in September and continued in October. Most active European countries were UK and Germany. France, Spain and Switzerland also showed increasing trends. 

But the positive trent in the west is balanced by decreasing trends in the east. Former growing markets such as Russia, Ukrain and Turkey are now in decline.
