VIP Charter Broker

We currently have an open position for a VIP Charter Broker

Duties and responsibilities:

• Customer acquisition, including cold calls, meetings, etc.
• Customer service, including charter quoting, booking trips/securing payment, arranging catering and transportation, active customer flight following
• Flight coordination, including generating trip itineraries, arranging customs on international trips
• Coordination, schedule and planning of all flights as to allow the efficient use of the aircraft
• Heavy telephone interface with clients and industry contacts
• Increase of company sales

Preferred qualifications:

• College degree (degree in aviation is preferred)
• Minimum one year experience of aircraft charter or high end product sales / travel industry sales
• Knowledge of business aircrafts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be a team player in a high pressure environment
• Good computer skills
